Customers understand that all items are secondhand, vintage or dead stock, meaning sometimes they MAY come with imperfections such as stains, minor tears or faults that are made transparent in the description. Otherwise our products are sourced and treated with the intention of good quality and condition. All purchases are final unless agreed upon otherwise. All orders are provided with a valid Australia Post tracking number for proof of dispatch. Once the order has left our office, we are not responsible for any issues but can provide support. Each product listing has a detailed description of the item appearance, size, measurements, flaws and may have additional details. Any products that are modelled on will include the models size and height for reference. We are happy to provide further assistance regarding size measurements, however it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item will fit them.
